Town Centre and The Parks Councillors
Roy Bailey, Borough and Town Councillor for Town Centre and The Parks. Roy is Chair of the Bracknell Constituency Labour Party and has served on Both Bracknell Forest Council and Bracknell Town Council. A former Thames Valley Police Superintendent and business consultant , Roy is also a qualified teacher and taught sociology at both Farnborough Sixth Form College and Buckinghamshire New University. He has a doctorate in criminal justice and has published papers on policing and its governance. He has been a school governor for over 30 years and is currently Chair at Fox Hill Primary School in Bracknell. Roy is passionate about social justice and equality of opportunity. If elected, Roy promises to be an active and responsive local councillor.

Megan Wright, Borough and Town Councillor for Town Centre and The Parks. Megan has a degree in nursing and worked for many years in acute settings. While living in Kenya in 2010 she established a charity that works with vulnerable families and reaches over 500 children every year. Since 2013 she has lived in Bracknell Forest with her husband and three children and works for the NHS. Megan’s experience as a senior nurse and establishing a successful charity, puts her in a strong position to serve the community. Her experience in health, social care and education informs her understanding of the need for good policy and process and how a strong local council can be beneficial for all.

Kwabena Adutwum-Quaye (Adu), Town Councillor for Town Centre and The Parks. Adu's passion for politics and community service started early when they completed a two-week work experience at Bracknell Forest Homes in 2010. This experience gave him firsthand insight into the important work done by local councils to engage with communities and serve their needs. Adu works for NHS England as a Project Coordinator, bringing his leadership and community engagement skills to the healthcare sector. Adu is deeply committed to supporting the community and using his political expertise to make a positive impact on people's lives.
