Cherise-Welch

Cherise Welch, Borough Councillor for Harmans Water and Crown Wood and Town Councillor for Harmans Water.

I have lived in Harmans Water for over 5 years and am a school governor at Fox Hill Primary School.

I work in business operations for a pharmaceutical company addressing complex issues within short timeframes and tight budgets. I would bring these skills with me while representing you as your councillor.

Living in Harmans Water I see first-hand the issues that impact us all and will be here as your voice. I am passionate about the issues that impact our local community - NHS provision, schools, public transport and keeping our public spaces safe and well maintained.

Jodie-Watts

Jodie Watts, Borough Councillor for Harmans Water and Crown Wood and Town Councillor for Crown Wood.

I’ve lived in Bracknell for nearly 15 years and I love it here. We’re very lucky to have so many green areas for our children which I appreciate as a parent of four.

Some of my children have special needs and I have worked as a Learning Support Assistant in SEN schools, which has strengthened my ties to the community.

Listening to local residents is incredibly important to me so I can understand what they want from the town: whether it is keeping our bus routes or access to services.

If you see me on your own travels please stop and have a chat!

Pete-Frewer

Pete Frewer, Borough Councillor for Harmans Water and Crown Wood and Town Councillor for Winkfield.

I have lived in Bracknell all of my life and I am very proud of my town.

I was a local postal worker for nearly 37 years. The best part of the job for me was meeting and helping my customers but it also gave me a clear insight into what needs doing in different areas.

Small changes can have a huge impact. I've been a Parish Councillor on Winkfield Parish council for 2 years representing the Forest Park ward.

I enjoyed being able to make a difference. I look forward to working with you.

Mary-Baker

Mary Baker, Town Councillor for Crown Wood.

My name is Mary Baker and I was an Early Years teacher for twenty five years. I also owned and ran a bookshop with my late husband.

After living in the Ascot area for many years I chose to retire in Bracknell because there are so many beautiful and outdoor areas. As a grandmother of four young children I want to use safe, stimulating play areas with them as well as football and rugby pitches and tennis courts. I want to see traffic free spaces for people to walk and run to benefit their physical and mental health and places to meet friends.

As a member of the Labour Party I know we will support keeping all outdoor areas in Bracknell in the best possible condition.

______

Donna-Sidebotham

Donna Sidebotham, Town Councillor for Harmans Water.

I am Donna Sidebotham. I grew up in the countryside and have had a life long passion for outside space and being outside. I have a huge passion for the environment and I strive to be environmentally friendly in both my home and my business. I even have a plastic free champion award for my business.

I am also very community minded. I have been school governor for Harmanswater Primary school for over 5 years now. I love being an active part of the community. I have lived in Bracknell for over 18 years and 9 of those have been in Harmanswater.

I am a local small business owner and I am an Animal Physiotherapist. I meet many people in the local area and treat many of their loved ones. As a dog owner and mum, parks and open space are a big part of my life. Biodiversity is essential for making those spaces thrive for all our future generations.
